- Item(s) must be in original condition, unworn, unsoiled and in original packaging
- Return shipping fee is paid by buyer.
* No items which have make-up marks will be accepted for exchange or return (this includes any tanning marks)

- Any products marked ‘FINAL SALE' cannot be returned.
- Swimwear without the hygiene seal
- over 30 days from the time you receive item(s) to the time we receive in our warehouse.

When will I receive my store credit?
Once your return reaches our warehouse, it will be processed within 72 hours.
-If your order was paid for with store credit or a gift card, the return will be processed as store credit to your lalahat account straight away.
-If you’ve selected a refund for your return you’ll receive the funds back to your original payment method in 2-7 business days (depending on your bank).
-You can also check up on your returns and credit anytime by logging into your lalahat account and tracking your return.
